Faux Mojito
Posted by: | CommentsOne of the dietary changes I have made is too reduce the amount of acidic foods I consume. Soft drinks and other items with high fructose corn syrup I have banned from my shopping list. What I do for a treat is my Faux Mojito.
Reduced sugar lemonade, juice of 1/2 a fresh lime, and fresh spearmint leaves lightly crushed and stirred in. Pour over ice and enjoy!
