Books and resources that were helpful for me:
Spontaneous Healing by Andrew Weil
Peace, Love & Healing by Bernie Siegel
A Cancer Battle Plan by Anne Frahm
How to Prevent and Treat Cancer with Natural Medicine by Michael Murray
And most important to me was my Bible.
There were other books that were helpful but I have forgotten them or given them to others who are dealing with cancer.
Massage was very helpful for me in my recovery along with lots of hiking.

The Happy Breast Book by Cheryl Chapman, RN
This is the first book written by breasts. We are lovingly known as Gussie and Lucy or “the Girls”. We decided to place our feelings, observations, information and experiences on paper. Breast talk is long over due. There are too many unhappy breasts just hanging out with no clue about how to be happy. We are happy Girls because we are part of a wonderful woman who cares about us. We believe that education is the way to prevention and good health.

A Book about Nutrition
Posted by: | CommentsWritten by Peter J. D’Adamo this book has really helped me with my understanding of nutrition and how the body uses food. I do feel better eating this way. I have purchased many copies for family and friends. I have had great success finding it at the half price book store at the Twix Town Road, Cedar Rapids, Iowa location.
Great Sense of Humor Required
Posted by: | CommentsThis is a comic book by Marisa Acocella Marchetto, a New York Times cartoonist. It is her story of going through breast cancer. Very entertaining and makes a good gift! I received two copies. One from my dad and one of my best friends. I thought it was wierd at first until I started reading it and well, check it out.
